Located in Mengcun county knows as hometown of elbows and pipe fittings in China, it enjoys convinent ransportation with Xingang Port only 120 kilometers to the north and Beijing Capital Intional Airport 260 kilometeres to the northwest. Covering an area of 50,000 square meters, our company equips five forging hammers, one ring rolling machine, lathes and drillers for the making of forged flanges at maximum diameter of 2400MM(80 inch) with a monthly capacity of 700 tons. Equipment for pipe fittings inculdes elbow machine, tee machine, hydralic press machine, beveling machine and sand-spraying machine to make various fitting products of sizes from half inch to 48 inch. Our monthly capacity for pipe fitting produciotn is 600 tons. Advanced production lines enable us to meet customers different requirments and supply quality products. We specialize in forged flanges and buttwelded pipe fittings. Our main prouducts are welding neck flang, slip on flange, blind flange, plate flange, socket welding flange, lap joint flange, elbow of short and long redius in 45/90/180 degrees, equal and reducing tee, concentric and eccentric reducer and cap. These products are made according to international standards as ANSI(ASME), DIN, JIS, BS, GOST, EN1092, AWWA, SABS. We can also make non-standard, spical-disigned items according to customers requirements. The materials we supply are carbon steel, stainless steel of different grades. Raw mateial is tested and marked for stock cutting; samples are taken from batch for chemical composition analysis, flaw detection and fouction test; in the last place, every finished product goes through visual and dimensinal inspection before warehousing.
